Autumn 2011 Update
New MKAM Artist!
From the 2011/12 season, MKAM will represent Natasha Jouhl. Ms Jouhl will sing Musetta in La Boheme for Glyndebourne on Tour this Autumn. Her forthcoming operatic projects include Donna Anna in Don Giovanni for Garsington Festival Opera and the title role in Rusalka for Glyndebourne on Tour in 2012.

Gianluca Marciano
conducts more performances
of Tosca with Grange Park Opera, both
at the Grange and, for one performance, at Cadogan Hall in London. Alongside
his ongoing commitments in Tbilisi, and following a successful premiere of a
new production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia
in Minsk in early September, he returns to Belarus later in the autumn for Aida. Finally, he will conduct the first concert in the English
Chamber Orchestra’s Cadogan Hall season on 18 October, cementing an already
fruitful relationship.

Daniel Grice will sing Wagner Faust and Pinnellino Gianni Schicchi at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. Mr Grice completes his time at the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme this season. |
Stephanie Corley
will sing Cio-Cio San in
Stephen Barlow’s new production of Madam
Butterfly for Mid-Wales Opera, conducted by Nicholas Cleobury. This follows
her hugely successful debut with the National Reisopera as Musetta in La Boheme earlier in the year.

Christian Immler sings Bach and Telemann cantatas with the prestigious Netherlands Bach Society (cond. Jos van Veldhoven), the Mozart C Minor Mass with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Solomon with the Radio Kamer Philharmonie (cond. Kenneth Montgomery).

Djambazian sings Mathieu in a major new production
of Andrea Chenier at the Grand
Theatre de Geneve, directed by John Dew and conducted by John Fiore. He then
returns to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein to sing Don Bartolo Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Le Dancaire Carmen.
Tim
Murray will conduct a revival of The Opera Group’s
acclaimed production of Street Scene at
the Young Vic and on tour, before working once again with Mark Anthony Turnage
on a new opera and dance double bill, Twice
Through the Heart (sung by Susan Bickley) and Undance (with Wayne Macgregor’s Random Dance company) at Sadler’s
Wells.
