Gianluca Marciano
conducts more performances of Tosca with Grange Park Opera, both at the Grange and, for one performance, at Cadogan Hall in London. Alongside his ongoing commitments in Tbilisi, and following a successful premiere of a new production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Minsk in early September, he returns to Belarus later in the autumn for Aida. Finally, he will conduct the first concert in the English Chamber Orchestra’s Cadogan Hall season on 18 October, cementing an already fruitful relationship.

Daniel Grice will sing Wagner Faust and Pinnellino Gianni Schicchi at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. Mr Grice completes his time at the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme this season.

Stephanie Corley will sing Cio-Cio San in Stephen Barlow’s new production of Madam Butterfly for Mid-Wales Opera, conducted by Nicholas Cleobury. This follows her hugely successful debut with the National Reisopera as Musetta in La Boheme earlier in the year.

Christian Immler sings Bach and Telemann cantatas with the prestigious Netherlands Bach Society (cond. Jos van Veldhoven), the Mozart C Minor Mass with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Solomon with the Radio Kamer Philharmonie (cond. Kenneth Montgomery).

Daniel Djambazian sings Mathieu in a major new production of Andrea Chenier at the Grand Theatre de Geneve, directed by John Dew and conducted by John Fiore. He then returns to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein to sing Don Bartolo Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Le Dancaire Carmen.

Tim Murray will conduct a revival of The Opera Group’s acclaimed production of Street Scene at the Young Vic and on tour, before working once again with Mark Anthony Turnage on a new opera and dance double bill, Twice Through the Heart (sung by Susan Bickley) and Undance (with Wayne Macgregor’s Random Dance company) at Sadler’s Wells.
